Launchpad
Pick a website template, enter what you know about a business, and Launchpad builds their whole SoftSolz workspace. Then hand it over.
Overview
Launchpad is for anyone who sets businesses up on SoftSolz: agencies building for their clients, and the SoftSolz team itself. For each business you get:
- A website from one of the templates, with their name, their logo and text written about them.
- A chatbot on the website that already knows the business.
- A contact form, a newsletter signup and a blog with two starter posts. Bookings too, when the template has a booking section.
- A private preview address to show them, and three ways to hand the workspace over.
Every business gets its own real SoftSolz workspace. Nothing is shared between clients.
Sign up as an agency
On the sign-in page choose Set up an agency account. Enter your agency's name and your details. Your workspace is named after the agency and Launchpad is ready in the sidebar.

Set up a business
- Launchpad → Set up a business.
- The business. Their name, a contact, what they do, where they are and their current website if they have one.
- Template. Pick the one closest to their kind of business.
- What to include. Tick the services you want on the site.
- Logo. Have one made with AI, upload theirs, or go without.
- On the website. A public email and phone number, only if you want them shown, plus anything else the chatbot should know.
- After handover. Your role in their workspace, and whether you stay once they pay.
- Build workspace. It takes a minute or two. You can watch each step finish.
What gets built

Open the workspace from the client's page to change anything afterwards, just like any other SoftSolz workspace.
The preview
- The site is published at a private address that nobody can guess, and it is hidden from search engines.
- A small banner invites the business to claim it.
- The preview lasts 14 days. After that the site stays exactly as it was, dimmed behind a "Preview period completed" message. The business can still claim it by choosing a plan.
- Previews that are never claimed are removed automatically 90 days after they end.
Hand it over
Pick whichever suits the business. The first two email from your own address.

You can also copy the claim link and send it however you like.
Until they pay, the business can look around their workspace but cannot change anything.
After they pay
- The workspace becomes theirs, and they become its owner.
- The website moves to an address named after the business, the claim banner goes and search engines can find it. They can connect their own domain or buy one.
- If you chose to stay, you keep the role you picked (Manager by default), so you can keep helping without seeing their billing. If you chose to leave, your access ends.
Emails
- Claim links, invitations and the optional reminder are always sent from your own email address, never from SoftSolz. Connect it at Organization → Email. See Email sending.
- Every email has a "Not interested" link. If they use it, Launchpad stops emailing them about it.
- The reminder is off until you switch it on. It is sent once, three days before the preview ends.
- The "Set your password" email for a handed-over login comes from SoftSolz, because it concerns their SoftSolz login.
Agency credits and limits
- Agencies get 20,000 free AI credits for building clients. They do not run out with time, only when they are used. Your own workspace keeps its normal free plan.
- When they are used up, choose Basic, Growth or Business, or ask us about a custom plan. Building then uses your plan's credits.
- You can have up to 10 clients that are not paying yet at once. Paying clients never count, and removing a preview frees its place.
Earn when clients pay
When a business you set up starts paying, you earn the Refer & Earn reward, with the usual holding period before it can be paid out.
Use it from Claude
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to your agency workspace once, and it can set up clients, edit their websites, add chatbot knowledge and fetch claim links for you. See Connected AI apps. Writing done by your assistant does not use your agency credits.
For clients
- Your agency's people are labelled Agency on your Members page, and everything they do is in your audit log.
- Remove agency access ends their access to your workspace at once.
- Leave your agency also ends the relationship, so the workspace is no longer managed by them.
