My Leads
Describe your ideal customer, or paste a list of companies, and the assistant researches each one from the public web - producing a deep, verified profile and a fit score for how well it matches you. Everything is saved so you can browse, filter, export, add to a knowledge base, and chat over it.
Overview
My Leads has three tabs:
- Businesses - every researched company, ranked by fit score, with filters (state, industry, technology, accounting, min fit, priority, status).
- Find leads - describe your ideal customer (industries, size, revenue, location, tech, keywords) and/or paste specific companies, and choose how many to research.
- Settings - your own company profile and default ICP, used to judge fit and draft outreach.
Find leads
- My Leads → Find leads.
- Describe your ideal customer - industries to include/exclude, company sizes, revenue, employees, funding, company types, description keywords, and location. Or leave it broad.
- Or search specific companies - paste names or domains (one per line; bare domains like
acme.comwork). When filled, the engine researches exactly those and skips discovery. - Add products/technographics/focus - what they offer, technologies they use, the tool you want them to switch from, and a free-text ideal-customer description.
- Set how many companies to research and (optionally) deep verification, then Run search. Companies appear in Businesses as each one is researched.
The Businesses table
The Businesses tab lists every researched company ranked by fit, with a verified-channel count, a fit-score bar, and a priority (P1-P4). Filter by state, industry, technology, accounting tool, minimum fit, priority or lead status; sort by fit, priority, recency or name. Select rows (or use "Add all to leads") to move companies into your pipeline, export the list to CSV, or delete all.
Company detail
Click any company for its full profile: contact channels (each marked verified or unverified), social profiles (marked "on official site" when linked from the company's own website), AI sales insights (angle, demo focus, deal size, objections, a drafted first outreach message you can copy), the fit-score breakdown, a data-quality audit, and sections for company size, technology stack, financial indicators, website intelligence, registry, activity, hiring, reviews, and sources.
Verified vs unverified
My Leads fetches the company's own website and checks every collected detail against it. A phone or email the site publishes is verified (green); an email on the company's own domain is a domain match; anything it can't confirm is unverified and flagged "do not use for outreach". Social links are only trusted when the official site links to them. This means you can act on the green channels with confidence and quarantine the rest.
Settings (your ICP)
My Leads → Settings is where you describe your own company: what you offer, your ideal customer, your target industries, and the tools your prospects use today (your switching targets). The assistant uses this to score fit and tailor outreach for every search. You can override any of it per search in Find leads.
Add to a knowledge base
Any result can be pushed into the Knowledge Hub so you can chat over it and search it. Open a record (or a research brief) and choose Send to Knowledge Base, then pick a knowledge base. The result is embedded and becomes answerable in chat shortly after. A record that has already been added shows an "In KB" badge, so you never embed it twice.
Add from the web (in the Knowledge Hub)
You don't have to open My Leads to research a site into your knowledge base. Inside the Knowledge Hub, open a knowledge base and choose Add from the web. Paste one or more website addresses (and optional focus instructions) and the same research engine reads each site and adds a clean document to that knowledge base. Those results are also saved in My Leads, so you can re-use them later.
Credits
Research uses AI, so each run draws from your plan's AI credits (the same pool the rest of the AI features use). If you run out for the billing cycle, research pauses until the cycle resets or you upgrade. You can see usage on the Subscriptions page.
Common changes & risks
- Deleting a run - permanently removes the run and its saved records. Anything you already added to a knowledge base stays there.
- Re-running the same targets - starts a fresh run; it does not overwrite earlier results.
- Facts and links - the assistant only reports what it actually read and cites its sources, but always sanity-check contact details before you act on them.
