Refer & earn

Share SoftSolz with someone. When they start a paid plan, you earn a reward you can take as AI credits or as money in your bank.

Your referral link

Open Refer & Earn in the sidebar. Your link is at the top of the Overview tab - copy it and share it however you like.

The link is tied to you, not your workspace. If you belong to several workspaces you still have one link, and everything you earn follows you.

The link only works from your live workspace. Sharing from a Sandbox would not attribute anyone.

How you earn

Someone opens your link and signs up.
They appear on your Referrals tab straight away as Signed up.
When they start a paid plan, the row flips to On a paid plan and a reward is created.

The reward amount is a fixed figure set by SoftSolz. You can see the current amount on the Overview tab.

Signing up on the free trial does not earn a reward on its own. The reward is for a real paid plan.

When it clears

A new reward is Clearing for a holding period (30 days by default) while the person stays on their paid plan. The Referrals tab shows the exact date each reward clears.

Once it clears, the amount moves into Available to use and you can spend it. If the person cancels or drops back to the free plan before it clears, that reward is not awarded.

Redeem as AI credits

On the Overview tab choose Redeem as AI credits. You get a bonus on top - the exact multiplier is shown in the confirmation before you commit.

Credits land on the workspace you are in at the time, and stay with that workspace.
They do not expire and are used only after your monthly plan allowance runs out.
You can redeem part of your balance, so this does not have to cost you your payout eligibility.
Redeeming cannot be undone, and redeemed balance cannot later be paid out as cash.

You can see your redeemed credits on Manage Subscriptions → Usage, on the AI credits meter.

Request a payout

Choose Request payout to have the money sent to your bank. There is a minimum balance before you can request one - if you are below it, the page tells you exactly how much more you need.

You can be paid to a UK account (sort code and account number) or internationally (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC).

Your balance is set aside as soon as you request, so you cannot request the same money twice.
Requests are reviewed manually. You will get an email when yours is approved.
Transfers usually arrive within 5 working days of approval.
If a request is rejected, the reason is shown on the Payouts tab and your balance is restored.

For your security we never show your bank details back to you - only the last four digits. To change them, submit a new request with the new details.

What the other person sees

Nothing. Someone signing up through your link is not told who referred them, and your name is never shown to them.

On your side you see their name, their workspace, and a partly hidden version of their email address - enough to recognise who they are without exposing their full contact details.
