Everything that lives at the workspace level - members, roles, branding, regional defaults.

Workspaces

A workspace owns its data and billing. One person can belong to many workspaces. Switch between them via the workspace popover (top-right).

Each workspace has a paired Sandbox for safe testing. Same members, separate data, no real Stripe / email side-effects.

Members & roles

Team Management → Members shows everyone in the workspace. Invitations expire in 7 days.

Built-in roles:

super_admin - everything, including delete the workspace.
admin - all settings + data, can't delete the workspace.
manager - most data CRUD, no settings.
user - read + own work only.

Need finer control? Create a Custom role with cherry-picked permissions.

Regional settings

Organization settings → Regional. Set country, currency, locale, date format, fiscal year start, timezone once. Used throughout invoices, PDFs, emails, the dashboard.

Change currency? Existing invoices keep their original currency; new invoices use the new default.

Custom branding

Custom Branding sets your primary colour, surface tint, card colour, text and logo. Applied to:

Dashboard chrome (sidebar, buttons, badges)
Embedded widgets (Forms) - your colour, not SoftSolz's
PDFs, hosted pay pages, transactional emails

Audit log

Team Management → Audit. Every mutation is recorded: who did what, when, against what entity. Immutable - even admins can't edit or delete entries.

Security

2-factor authentication on the Security page - enable for your account.
Strong sessions - signing out on any device revokes that session instantly.
