Need more? Pick the Custom plan for tailored limits - we'll set up a quote and override per-tenant quotas.

Install a service

Every service is included with your plan - the Marketplace is one simple list.

  1. Open Subscriptions and pick a plan.
  2. Go to Marketplace and click Install on any service - Knowledge Hub and Social Publishing included. Installation is silent, with no separate checkout.
  3. Remove a service from its card any time; your data stays and you can re-install whenever you like.

Cancellations

Click Cancel at period end on the Subscriptions page.

Sandbox vs live

Every workspace has a paired sandbox, and it never triggers a real Stripe charge. On a paid plan, the sandbox draws from the same quota pool as your live workspace - whichever plan you're actually on. On the free trial, the sandbox gets its own small fixed allowance so your team can try every feature without eating into your live limits.

Toggle between live and sandbox in the workspace popover. Sandbox keys are prefixed _test_.

Your invoices

Receipt for every charge is emailed by Stripe. Full billing history + payment method changes live at Subscriptions → Billing.

When you hit a limit or a payment fails

Reaching your plan limit

Nothing stops dead at 100%. When a metered allowance (like API calls or AI credits) reaches your plan limit, we email the workspace owner and give you a 10% grace buffer on top. Use that time to upgrade or ask us for a custom package. Once the buffer is used up, that feature pauses until your usage resets at the start of the next billing period or you move to a bigger plan.

A failed payment

If Stripe can't collect a payment, we email the owner right away and show a banner in the app. Your workspace keeps working on a small grace allowance so a card retry has time to succeed - but once that runs out, services pause until the payment goes through. Update your card at Subscriptions → Billing to restore full access; Stripe retries automatically.

Which counters reset

API calls, AI credits and appointment messages reset to zero at the start of each billing period. Seats, API keys, webhook endpoints, connected accounts and stored files are not monthly counters - they reflect what you have right now and free up the moment you delete one.

FAQ

Can I trial?

Yes - every plan includes a 14-day trial. No card required for trial. You'll be reminded 3 days before it ends.

Can I downgrade?

Yes - switch plans on the Subscriptions page any time. Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. If your current usage is above the smaller plan's limits, we show you exactly what's over before you confirm. Nothing is deleted - your existing seats, keys, webhooks and connected accounts keep working. You just can't add new ones until you're back under the new limit.

Do any services cost extra?

No. Every service - Forms, Payments, Invoicing, Blogs, Customer Auth, AI Workflows, Knowledge Hub and Social Publishing - is covered by your one plan. Nothing is billed on the side.

What's the difference between a workspace and a Stripe customer?

One workspace = one Stripe customer with one subscription (your plan). Switching workspaces switches billing context.
