Billing
One Stripe customer per workspace. Your plan covers the Global services; Premium services are billed separately. Cancel anytime.
How billing works
- One plan, Global services. Pick Basic, Growth, or Business. The Global services - Forms, Payments, Invoicing, Blogs, Customer Auth and AI Workflows - are included; quotas are pooled across them.
- Premium services. Knowledge Hub and Social Publishing are billed separately, each with its own quota. Find them on the Premium tab of the Marketplace and add them on their own, with or without a plan.
- Stripe. Payments and invoices are handled by Stripe - same provider used by Shopify, Lyft, Slack.
- Cancel-at-period-end. When you cancel a plan or a premium service, it stays live until the billing period ends, then is disabled.
- Annual saves 30%. Switch to annual billing on the Subscriptions page.

Need more? Pick the Custom plan for tailored limits - we'll set up a quote and override per-tenant quotas.
Install & subscribe
The Marketplace has two tabs: Global (covered by your plan) and Premium (services billed separately).
- Global services. Open Subscriptions, pick a plan, then go to Marketplace and click Install on any Global service. Installation is silent - no separate checkout per service.
- Premium services. On the Premium tab, click Subscribe on Knowledge Hub or Social Publishing. Stripe Checkout takes you through payment for just that service. You do not need a plan first.
- Remove a Global service from its card any time (data stays). Unsubscribe from a premium service from its card with Unsubscribe - access ends at the close of the billing period.
Cancellations
Click Cancel at period end on the Subscriptions page.
- Plan keeps working until
current_period_end. - After that date, services disappear from the sidebar, embeds return 402, and the API returns
SERVICE_INACTIVE. - Data stays in your workspace - re-subscribe at any time to keep using it.
Sandbox vs live
Every workspace has a paired sandbox, and it never triggers a real Stripe charge. On a paid plan, the sandbox draws from the same quota pool as your live workspace - whichever plan you're actually on. On the free trial, the sandbox gets its own small fixed allowance so your team can try every feature without eating into your live limits.
_test_.Your invoices
Receipt for every charge is emailed by Stripe. Full billing history + payment method changes live at Subscriptions → Billing.
FAQ
Can I trial?
Yes - every plan includes a 14-day trial. No card required for trial. You'll be reminded 3 days before it ends.
Can I downgrade?
Yes - switch plans on the Subscriptions page any time. Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice. If you go over the new plan's cap, writes block at 110% until you free up usage or upgrade again.
Do all services cost extra?
No. The Global services - Forms, Payments, Invoicing, Blogs, Customer Auth and AI Workflows - are covered by your plan. Only the Premium services (Knowledge Hub, Social Publishing) are billed separately.
Can I use a Premium service without a paid plan?
Yes. Subscribe to Knowledge Hub or Social Publishing on its own and use it without taking a Global plan. Each premium service carries its own quota and is billed separately.
What's the difference between a workspace and a Stripe customer?
One workspace = one Stripe customer, with one subscription for your Global plan. Each Premium service you subscribe to is billed as its own separate subscription under the same customer - its own checkout, invoice and billing cycle - not a line item bundled into your plan. Switching workspaces switches billing context.
