Social Publishing
Connect your LinkedIn, Facebook Page and Instagram Business accounts once, then write a post and publish it to all of them together - now or on a schedule.
Overview
The Social Publishing service gives you:
- Secure account connections for LinkedIn, Facebook Pages and Instagram Business.
- One composer that publishes the same post to several accounts at once.
- Per-platform text overrides and image attachments.
- Scheduling, with automatic publishing when the time arrives.
- Per-account delivery tracking with automatic retries on transient failures.
Connect your accounts
- Social Publishing → Accounts.
- Click Connect LinkedIn, Connect Facebook Page or Connect Instagram.
- Sign in to that network and approve access - exactly like connecting a Google or Microsoft login. You are returned to the Accounts page.
Compose a post
- Social Publishing → Compose.
- Write your post text and, optionally, attach an image.
- Tick the accounts you want to publish to.
- Choose Now or Schedule.
Publish & schedule
Choose Now to publish straight away, or Schedule to pick a future date and time - SoftSolz publishes it for you automatically. If a network is temporarily unavailable, delivery to that account is retried for you; a permanent failure is flagged so you can reconnect and try again.
Track delivery
Social Publishing → History shows scheduled posts and everything already published, with a per-account status for each post (sent, failed, scheduled) and the attempt history.
Use the API
Developers can drive the same flow from a backend: list accounts, create a post, and publish or schedule it. See the full reference at developer.softsolz.uk/reference.
Common changes & risks
- Disconnect an account - stops future posts publishing to it; posts already live on the network stay there.
- Delete a post - removes it from your history. It does not retract anything already published to a network.
- Token expired - if a network revokes access, that account is flagged and you simply reconnect it.
