AI Creative Studio
Ask the AI Assistant for a social post, banner, flyer, card or carousel and get a design you can edit, download and post.
Overview
AI Creative Studio turns a sentence into a finished design. You describe what you need in the AI Assistant, and the design appears in the chat as a picture.

- Five sizes: square, portrait, story, landscape and banner.
- Changes by chatting: ask for a different headline or colour and the same design is updated.
- A Library that keeps every design as soon as it is made.
- A Brand kit so designs use your colours, fonts, tagline and logo.
- 12 ready-made templates that cost no AI credits.
- Downloads as PNG, PDF or a ZIP of slides, and a one-click hand-off to Social Publishing.
- Animated designs that export to MP4, and AI video on paid plans.
Creative Studio is included in your subscription like every other service. Install it from Marketplace and it appears in the sidebar.
Making a design
Open the AI Assistant and say what you want, for example: "Make a square Instagram post announcing our summer sale, 20% off everything." Mention the size if it matters. If you do not, the Assistant picks one that fits.
The design shows up in the chat as a picture, and it is saved to your Library straight away. Nothing needs to be saved by hand. Making a design with the AI uses AI credits from your plan.
Changing a design
Just ask. "Make the headline bigger", "switch to a dark background" or "add our opening hours" updates the same design instead of starting a new one. Each change is kept as a new version, so you can go back: open the design in the Library, look at its versions and restore an earlier one.
The Library
Open Creative Studio in the sidebar to see every design your workspace has made. Open a design to see it full size, its versions, and its download and post options.
Brand kit
The Brand kit keeps designs looking like you. It holds up to 5 colours, two fonts, a tagline and your workspace logo. New designs follow it automatically. Change the kit and later designs use the new look; designs you have already made stay as they are.
Templates
There are 12 ready-made templates for common needs. Pick one, fill in your words, and it is ready. Templates cost no AI credits. If you then ask the Assistant to change a design, that change uses credits like any other AI edit.
Carousels
Ask for a carousel and say how many slides you want, up to 10. Every slide shares the same look, so the set reads as one piece. Ask to change a single slide, for example "rewrite slide 3", and ask for the rest to stay the same.

Post to Social needs the Social Publishing service in your workspace.
Animated designs
Ask for a design that moves, for example a headline that slides in, and it can play for up to 30 seconds. Export it as an MP4 video. The export happens in your browser, so use Chrome or Edge. Other browsers may not support it. If yours does not, the design still works; you just cannot export the video there.
AI video
AI video makes filmed-style clips of 4 to 12 seconds using leading AI video models. You can choose a camera style and add text and your logo on top.
- Paid plans only. It is not available on the free trial.
- It uses AI credits for every second of video, so a 12 second clip costs more than a 4 second one.
- It always asks you to confirm before any credits are spent.
- It takes a few minutes. You can carry on working, and you get a notification when the video is ready.
Plans and limits
Creative Studio is part of your one subscription. There is no separate charge.
- Free trial: up to 20 designs, and no AI video. Deleting a design frees its place.
- Paid plans: AI video is available. Designs and video draw on your plan's AI credits.
- Out of credits: AI features pause until your credits reset or you upgrade. Designs you already have stay saved.

Deleting a design
Open the design in the Library and choose Delete, then confirm. Files you have already downloaded, and posts you have sent to Social Publishing, are not affected.
Access and privacy
Designs belong to your workspace, so teammates with access can see them in the Library. Four permissions control access: view, create, edit and delete. Admins set them in Members & access → Roles. Designs made in a private chat stay private to that chat.
Designs are drawn safely inside a locked frame, so a design never runs anything on the computer of the person viewing it.
Questions
Why can I not export an MP4?
MP4 export runs in your browser and works in Chrome and Edge. Other browsers may not support it. Try one of those.
Why is AI video missing?
AI video is for paid plans. On the free trial it is not offered. Check Plan & billing.
Did I just spend credits?
Designs made or changed by the AI use credits. Templates do not. AI video always asks you first.
I changed the design and want the old one back.
Open it in the Library, look at its versions and restore the earlier one.
Creative Studio is not in my sidebar.
Install it from Marketplace, and check that your role includes the Creative Studio permissions.
